9.1. Tsars reserves the right to remove, add or change any bonus that is available in the account of any Customer and has not been claimed. Any claimed and active bonus will not be removed by Tsars under regular circumstances.

9.2.1 The "Deposit + Free Spins" promotion type is considered as one bonus, which means that free spins cannot be separated from the bonus. You can receive only one bonus for a single deposit. Bonuses may consist of several parts: bonus funds, free spins, loyalty points, etc. A combined bonus cannot be split into separate parts. If you cancel a bonus that includes free spins, they will be voided with the canceled bonus.

9.3. Bonuses can be received once per person (Customer), per household, per address, per mobile phone, per shared computer and per shared IP address. Risk-free bets on any games or services do not count toward. Player has to play freespins while the Bonus is still active. In cases when the Bonus is not active anymore and the client keeps playing freespins, all the freespins winnigs and all further winnigs will be revoked. 9.5. Tsars reserves the right to impose various restrictions to different countries where Customers may reside regarding bonuses for reasons undisclosed. We further reserve the right to offer specific bonuses to individual customers or customer groups and their termination, change or other alteration without explanation and/or compensations in any form.

9.5.1 Bonuses are not available for Ukraine.
9.5.2 Bonuses are not available for players with duplicate accounts.
9.5.3 Welcome bonuses are not available for players from Finland, Croatia.
9.6. Tsars has the right to confiscate winnings and close the account in case the player or group of players abused the bonus/bonuses. Bonus abuse is considered as a fraudulent action. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to take advantage of extra bonuses or benefits at Tsars, betting simultaneously on black and red on roulette to increase loyalty points and/or improve your tournament rating/turnover progress. Such behavior is not allowed at Tsars and will result in appropriate action.

9.8 The maximum amount of money that can be withdrawn from a no deposit bonus (eg. support agent rewards, cash-back, bonus money, complimentary free spins and other free awards) might be limited to €1,000 and other currency equivalents. Any winnings resulting from such bonuses exceeding €1,000 will be reviewed and might be kept by the management.

9.8.1 Any kind of cashback or loyalty reward that our casino may credit to a player is fully owned by the casino. 9.8.2 If a customer has an active balance or an active bonus at the time of automated cashback distribution, the cashback will not be credited.
9.9 The customer acknowledges that cashback bonuses will be credited to the customers account and automatically activated. Such bonuses may wagering requirements applied to them. The bonuses may have varying expiration times. If the customer wishes not to receive bonuses the customer must contact the customer support and inquire a bonus block in order not to receive bonuses when leveling up and them not activating. 9.10 When you cancel an active bonus you will loose all your bonus money. When you make a withdraw all your active bonuses will be cancelled and your bonus money will be lost during the withdraw process. If you make a new deposit with new bonus, your previous bonus balance will be lost. All the bonuses at Tsars are sticky: all the bets are made from the real balance, all the winnings are credited to the bonus balance. If you activate a bonus you have to wager it. 9.11 It is forbidden to purchase bonus games / double up / "gamble" / use Blitz option in slots if you have an active bonus at Tsars because max bet allowed for an active bonus will be exceeded. If a player is betting more than allowed per bet with an active bonus, it classifies as bonus abuse. This type of game-play is only allowed with special agreement.

9.14 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. While playing with an active bonus, it is forbidden to engage in activities that give a player a clearly unfair advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to:
