Fort Knox is the ultimate Sit ‘n’ Go tournament with a $50+$9 buy-in. It follows the same rules as a normal Sit ‘n’ Go and has 6 seats available. Once the required number of seats are taken, the action starts. Any player skillful enough to seize six Sit ‘n’ Go wins in a row receives not just the regular tournament winnings, but also the $50,000 Fort Knox jackpot prize!
Our Fort Knox Jackpot is progressive. This means that if no one manages to win, it continues to grow week by week until someone wins it. Players who finish in 6 successive Fort Knox tournaments in either first or second place but fail to win the jackpot will receive a compensation prize of $750.
Fort Knox - Jackpot Sit ‘n’ Go Terms and Conditions:
- Buy-in to the ‘Fort Knox-Jackpot Sit ‘n’ Go" tournaments is $50+$9. Players who win six consecutive tournaments have to claim their prize within 48hours of the final successive tournament. Winners must write to the Vernons Poker support team at pokersupport@vernons.com for verification, providing details and dates of the tournaments.
- The Jackpot prize to winners will be awarded only once the consecutive winning tournaments have been checked for fraudulent activity.
- For this promotion, tournaments are counted as consecutive if their starting times are consecutive.
- The prizes awarded: The first prize at the "Fort Knox Jackpot Sit ‘n’ Go" Tournament stands at $50,000. If the $50,000 Jackpot is not claimed, the original Jackpot amount will initially increase by $20,000 on the Monday that follows the first complete week (Monday-Sunday). From the following week until (and including) week 8, the Jackpot amount will increase according to the following calculation until it is won, [$20,000 – (week number – 2) X $2,500)].
- From week 9 onwards, the prize will continuously grow by $2,500 until the Jackpot is won.
- Without prior notice, winners of all six consecutive “Fort Knox Jackpot Sit ‘n’ Go” tournaments who have claimed their prize, will be awarded a fixed limit of $50,000.
- Six consecutive Sit ‘n’ Go tournaments with the same 6 players will not be eligible to participate in the competition.
- Players from the same IP address, or from the same household, are not eligible to enter the same Sit ‘n’ Go tournament for this promotion.
- If a tournament is interrupted due to a server problem it will be settled as per our regular interruption policy. For the purpose of the Jackpot this tournament will be considered not to have run. It will not count towards a player's consecutive wins but neither will it count as a losing tournament in a player's sequence.
- A player found trying to enter with more than one account into a Sit ‘n’ Go tournament will not be eligible for this promotion.
- The use of offensive language at the Sit ‘n’ Go tournament will disqualify a player from winning a Jackpot prize.
- Any player caught conducting fraudulent activity during the Sit ‘n’ Go tournament with the purpose to win the Jackpot prize will be disqualified and his account will be frozen.
- Any player caught "soft playing" to allow another player to win during the Sit ‘n’ Go tournament will have his account frozen.
- Any withdrawals made on any winnings of the Jackpot prize are subject to Vernons Poker standard withdrawal procedure and collusion check.
- To be eligible to receive a jackpot prize the winning series must be completed in a 14 day period.
- A single Sit ‘n’ Go Jackpot tournament can be used to win only one jackpot (either winning combination or consolation combination). Future claims cannot be made on the tournament after the Jackpot Prize is cleared.
- All Vernons Poker management decisions are final.
- Vernons Poker has the right to end this promotion, or change its conditions at any time.
