Monthly Cash Prizes will be credited to the winning player accounts every 1st of the following month latest by 12.00 CET.

Ten times (10x) wagering is required on the Weekly and Monthly Cash Prizes before a withdrawal request can be made. No other limitations apply.

Account balance has to be under 5 EUR/USD/CHF, 7 CAD, 50 NOK, 8 NZD or 20 AED in order for Leaderboard Prizes to be credited to the player's account. The leader board prizes cannot be stacked and need to be claimed individually. While a withdrawal is pending, the rewards cannot be claimed.

Bets made on the following game providers do not contribute towards the Loyalty Reward System or Leaderboard Prizes (Rakeback, Cashback or Rank up bonuses): Spribe, Upgaming and Smartsoft.

Rewards from the Loyalty Reward System, Leaderboard Prizes and Challenge Rewards have an expiration time of 2 months.
